If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition (with original packaging) within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a manufacturer or Detailground defect or error, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. For other reasons like "did not like the product", "I bought twice", "changed my mind" and others, the shipping will be charged (even orders with Free Shipping).

On all cases, when the product(s) arrive back to Detailground, we will contact you to refund or exchange the product(s).
